My friend Jesse got me into homebrewing. I have made an Irish Stout, a Scottish Ale, and now I have a Belgian Red and an Oktoberfest sitting in my 68 degree living room next to me fermenting.
My wife has noticed our apartment has become a mini brewery lately. We're getting a house in the spring, and I'm hoping for a nice garage so I can start all grain. Haha.
Anyway, thanks to Jesse for introducing me to this place. And hello everyone.
I am very interested in learning how to make Belgian Strongs and Tripels. My favorite brews are Delirium Tremens, St. Barnabus, Chimay, and if I'm going to drink while I brew I love Sam Adams Oktoberfest, Ayinger Oktoberfest, (wish they brewed it all year) and in the non-fall months I will drink Boston Lager, Fat Tire, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or Guinness. Ok...I'm all over the board. But I love it.
