Does this look like a decent recipe for a cream ale? I just had an infection, and I want to do a cheap brew to make sure that I got everything out. I have a lot of honey around, and alot of cascade ... this is what came to mind....

I also have a few different types of honey to use sour tupelo, sour wood, and huckleberry. The huckleberry is really dark, just about looks like molasses. Any suggestions on what would work best in this type of beer?

I'd drop the crystal 20; it should be dry, 10% crystal would make it too sweet. I'd also lose the 20' hop addition, a single 60 minute addition is best for a cream ale.

If you brew it as-is it'll be good, but it will be a light blonde ale, not a cream ale.
