I am brewing up a AHS Double Chocolate Stout with White Labs London Ale WLP013 and a Newcastle Brown Ale with a White Labs British Ale WLP005
Brewed it on 23 Jan and Fremation temp is in the 68-72 range but I am not
seeing a good head of krausen but when I shake it will show some krausen on the top so the fermentation is happening but not real active is just how those yeast strains are???

The krausen may have already fallen. My guess is that fermentation completed without you noticeing it (overnight while you slept maybe). Have you been taking hydrometer readings?

This is, in my opinion, the essence of RDWHAHB. You're only hurting the beer by doing it lol
