HI,
I am currently mashing an APA and I was wondering if Amarillo or Cluster would be a better substitute for Horizon (recipe calls for horizon)? The hops in question are for the bittering addition at .7 oz at start of boil....
...I am using centennial and cascade as aroma hops at 10 minutes and flame-out....what do you think? I have 1 oz of each variety...do you see a better way to use them? thanks.

I would go with the amarillo, cluster has a high level of cohumulone. Amarillo and Horizon are both pretty low cohumulone. Also for any flavor you get from the bittering addition, cascade, centennial and amarillo all go well with each other.

Another option would be to mix the amarillo and centennial and use equal parts of each in all of your additions.
