Hello,

I've just done my first AG brew, currently cold crashing ready to be bottled tomorrow. I used beersmith for the recipe etc, and have put my actual figures in as I went along next to the estimated figures from my recipe.

My question is to do with it's calculation of how much priming sugar to add. When I did the recipe it calculated that I would need to add 122.45g of corn sugar, however now that I have put in my actual figures that are slightly lower than the estimated numbers (in terms of Measured bottling vol etc) beersmith does not update the amount of sugar that I am supposed to use? I know I can go to tools, carbonation tool and do it that way (which says 110.57g), but why would it not recalculate as you put in the real figures that you acheive, or am I missing something?

Hope that makes sense?

Thanks
