With summer approaching, I'm putting together something along the lines of a Belgian Blonde and could use some feedback. I'm shooting for something with citrus presence, but still pretty balanced.
Base recipe
OG - about 1.065 (trying to keep ABV 7% or below)
75% Belgian Pils
15% Vienna
10% homemade candy sugar - light amber
Mash @150
90 minute boil
Hallertau to 30 IBU total (including 1oz @10 for a little spice)
Considering some fresh lemon and orange zest late in the boil and maybe 1/2 oz coriander.
WY3787 - pitched around 65 and ramped to 80
Thoughts? Concerns?
