I made a blueberry hef about 3 weeks ago. It's in the keg and I was gonna let it sit for 2 more weeks before tapping in. I tasted it tonight and the bb flavor is a bit overwhelming and a tad sour. Anything I can do while it ages to cut some of the bb flavor and/or the sour taste of the bb extract?
