I finally made it up to the lhbs and bought my kit and an ingredient kit for American Amber.
I just got done racking it to the primary. Let the games begin.....
I did have a bit of a boo-boo though. I accidently dropped the empty yeast pouch in the primary. I carefully, and quickly pulled it out. Oopsie, I hope I didn't jinx that batch so early in my brewing career.
