Hi all!

Finally decided to join up since most of the advice I have been looking for has directed me to one of the threads on here.

I started HB'ing about a year ago and have done three batches so far....I know I know, not setting any records at that pace.

My first batch was a pumpkin ale, great taste, but my carbonation was way off. the first couple bottles foamed otu when I opened, and the rest looked nice when I poured, but the head died quick, and had no carbonation....I used my dishwasher to sanitize the bottles, maybe that wasn't a good idea.

2 weeks ago I bottled an Irish red, and this past weekend I started a cranberry braggot from "Extreme Brewing", not sure what's next but probably a barleywine. Will be picking up a secondary soon for that.
