Stella!!!!

Street Car Named Desire style. I searched this forum and couldnt find any info on a stella artois clone. I really love this beer and just wanted to know if there was an extract/steep grains recipe out there for it. We are going to fool with my buddy's thermostat on his fridge in the basement tomorrow to get the temp between 50 and 55* to allow for proper fermentation. Anyway, figured Id throw it out there. Also, I'm not against buying an ingredient kit from a HBS website if someone has had a good experience with it. Thanks a lot.

3kg Light LME
42g Perle hops 60 minutes
14g Liberty hops 2 minutes
Lager yeast
