Does anyone know where I can order .5L German Style bottles from? I am looking for something similar to what a Julius Echter Weiss comes in. I have a nice collection of beer glasses and most of them are .5L and I can't stand pouring 12 oz into a 16oz glass.

Occasionally I'd by a bottle and then keep them around. I've aquired enough for a full batch now. Once I asked a German restaurant, that serves German beer from bottles, if I can have the emptyies. They never got back to me about that :(

Now I only need good cases to keep them in. They don't arrive in the US in the typical plastic crates, but flimsy paper boxes. That's according to my LHBS/Beermonger.
