Somewhere on the forum it was mentioned that PLC and Oxiclean have very similar chemical properties. What is the practical difference between the two? Thanks.

Not too sure what PLC is, but as long as Sodium Percarbonate is the main ingredient, its pretty much doing the same thing.

By PLC, I mean Powder Line Cleaner.
