It is an Irish Red Ale. I tasted one a week early. it had been bottled for 2 weeks. I put it in the fridge for about 1.5-2 days. Its okay. It kind of tasted watered down. Which it shouldn't cause I didn't think about evaporation. So I came up a bit short on the finished size. Not a whole lot of flavor either. It was an extract kit.

I'd take watered down over tasting horrible. Things will only improve. What kind of yeast came wit the kit?

Did you hit your OG and FG numbers?

If you let it sit another week, it'll taste better. And then, the ones you taste the week after that? They'll be even better. Another week? Even better.

You'll be fine, and the beer? Even better.
