New keg system is here and assembled and CO2 bottle filled. Building the collar for 3.6CF fridge this weekend to use as kegerator.

My horrible, immobilizing dilemma is.... What beer do I draw first?

Marzen lagered to sublime happiness,
Coal Porter aged to perfection,
Ami Amber waiting patiently,
Dales Wee 80/- mellowed and ready....

What do I do?????

I think you should stop thinking about and drink something!!!..

Sample them all. I do.

Do you choose:

a) Mix all in equal proportions and drink
b) pour 4 - 4oz samples and drink, savoring and critquing your wares, thoughfully taking notes
c) pour 4 - 16 oz samples and drink
d) invite 3 friends over, pour 1 pint each then drink and discuss...repeat as necessary until all beers have been tasted

Keep in mind, you can do ALL of these in one evening...the options are not mutually exclusive. :tank:

Biermuncher, your junk aint ugly, it's just disorganized! I want your issues for what to tap!!!!

I just want some sick, wacked out ideas on what beer to sample from the tap first. I'll make my choice, but some deranged, addled HBT ideas would make the decision process much more interesting!
