I bought a 1/2 liter can of Becks at the store today (not enough variety of homebrew ready yet) and to my surprise I saw this:

Isn't this the same company that took over Hoegaarden and is trying to buy out Anheuser-Busch? (Mind you, I doubt they could harm that beer any...) How many other breweries do they own?
 
They own a whole bunch. I don't drink much of it, so I really don't give a sh*t. If they wanna own all the macro's in Europe, go ahead, doesn't affect me. Now if they start doing to Westvleteren-St. Sixtus and Blaugies what they did to Hoegaarden, then we'll have words.
 
is InBev taking over the world? well, maybe. But i would put my money on the fact this would be the worst place to find supporters for that cause!
