was wondering if anyone had a recipe for tunnel vision. i think it is a rye wit. i had it at my local micro brewery and loved it but can't find anything on it.

this is where i had the brew. it is 30 min from my house. didn't see anything that resembled a recipe though :(

didn't see specific amounts or even ball park amounts and i am too new at this to tell by taste. i also don't have a good knowlege base of ingrediants

I'm completely guessing here, but something like this would be a good starting point:

5 gallons

9.25 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) Bel (3.0 SRM) 80.43%
1.00 lb Rye, Flaked (2.0 SRM) 8.70%
1.00 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) 8.70%
0.25 lb Caravienne Malt (22.0 SRM) 2.17%
0.75 oz Northern Brewer [8.50%] (60 min) 20.9 IBU
0.50 oz Northern Brewer [8.50%] (10 min) 5.0 IBU
0.75 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 5.0 min)
0.75 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5.0 min)
0.75 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 min)
Belgian Saison (Wyeast Labs #3724)
