Im just wondering if any one has any ideas here.

I know the general rule with dry hopping is to dry hop a week before bottling but what differance would it make to bottle a few days sooner or later?

I think my IPA sat in secondary dryhopping for at least 2 weeks before I got around to bottling... It definitely had a hop aroma in it when we bottled. Tasting begins in another 10 days, I can get back to you then whether or not it was too long...

I also happen to love hops, so my "not enough hops" could be your "also usable as paint stripper"... but yes, I'll keep you updated.

I tried our 'tester' bottle, the last bottle made during bottling - after 2+ weeks of dry hopping with what I thought would be too much hops, it came out surprisingly mild. I'd say go nuts.
