bottom of a bottle
its only been in the bottle one week, tastes great, and has plenty of carb for my liking. should i put it in the fridge or let it ride ? (my OG and FG were hit and i used 4.5oz of priming sugar in 5gal)
 
It takes 4 weeks to carb completely. CO2 produced by bottling sugar has to push into the beer at room temp. Properly aged and carbonated beer tastes better.
