This weekend I had an early St Paddy's Day party, and I had a blonde and a Guinness clone for the occasion:
- My IPA ran completely dry and got raves from everyone
- I did a blind side by side with my beer and actual Guinness, and the only person who picked the original was a guy who LOVES Guinness.
At this point I guess I can say that I'm making pretty good beer :rockin:
Also as a side note, my beery friends hardly touched the blonde. Only one of the girls was drinking it. Not because they didn't like it, but because they were more into the IPA. These were guys who showed up with Bud Light a year or so ago. They've come so far. I'm so proud!
