Just ordered this kit and will be brewing soon any tips.? I live close to new glaeus brew co so I have plenty to sample but really want to mirror theirs.

No tips to offer, but I have that same kit in the fermenter right now. I brewed it once before, and loved the way it turned out. Unfortunately, I cannot get a bottle of Spotted Cow to do a side-by-side comparison without a 4 hour drive to Wisconsin.
Even if its not exact, I think you will be happy with the beer.

Are you doing an extract or all grain kit for this beer? If you are doing an all grain version I have a modified recipe that has been popular with my friends from Wisconsin. If does have a higher IBU rating though.

Which yeast do you recommend with this? I am about to make a purchase, and I was probably just going to go with the dry yeast (safale us-05), unless there's a reason not to.
