hi all. relatively new to the wonderful world of brewing. looking forward to meeting fellow brewers and all the knowledge anyone can share. I'm looking to get away from the brew kits and try some new recipes. Seems somewhat intimidating so again any info will be useful. Cheers!

I'm still not at all sure about that user name! ;)

er, I mean welcome! :D

He is wanting to make a stout. We'll have to scout around for a good AG recipe and get him broken in. I can't remember the last time I had a virgin! :mug: (Well, an AG virgin anyway)
