looks like a nice light beer. i can only assume this is for a 5 gallon batch. i'd use s-05 for a clean taste and mash at 149 for a nice crisp taste. id brew it up, see what happens and make changes as needed. this could be one fantastic house ale. good luck and keep us posted on this
