So here I sit, listening to the dishwasher doing its thing with the bottles, getting them all cleaned up so they can fulfill their destiny.

I brewed three weeks ago. Hop Head Double IPA from Midwest. The OG was high, around 1.078 (Recipe said it would be 1.070 - 1.074). It stayed in the Primary for two weeks. At the seven day point, I took a reading, it was 1.025. At two weeks it was still 1.025. I dry hopped and transferred to secondary at that point, and it's been there for eight days.

I took a reading two nights ago, it was 1.024, and it was the same last night.

EDIT: The recipe calls for a FG of 1.016 - 1.018.

I'm pretty sure, I'm safe to bottle today, but being this my cherry voyage, just wanted to get some reassurance.

Even though I'm a noob...you did the right thing and let you hydrometer tell you what was going on. I would go ahead and bottle away.
