Well since my friend and I are in a little competition with these pumpkin beers I was thinking before the actual home brewer pumpkin contest video we are hosting at the end of oct. so whenever his is done and we can review them. I'll post pics of some of the process before that.

Popped one a few days ago and it wasn't fully carbed. Had one today and its getting there. So far it tastes great. My friend put his to bottle a little bit ago. So soon we will be doing our competition review.

Nice. How did your beer turn out? What is the recipe for it?

My beer turned out great. Problem is that I made it way too early. So by the time joe had his ready my flavors faded. We did a video of the winner and his recipe which I highly recommend brewing. It was very good and it was better than mine when it was in its prime. I'll post my recipe when I get a chance. But here's the link to his video with recipe.
