I have a tendency to keg everything at roughly 2.5 vol. I keep my kegs at 40 deg and on about 12.3 psi for about 4 days then at 5 psi until I finish the keg. Just wondering if you keg your diff types of brew at diff Co2 Vol for taste reasons or if the style calls for it ?:mug:

Gabe, doesn't make your kegs slowly lose the 2.5 vol of cabonation? or do you drink them fast so it doesn't matter?

No , I never loose carb. I don't know if that's possible unless I took them off the co2 and shook em up and opened the lid. The 5 psi is just for serving purpose. I chill the beer to 40 deg and leave it there the entire time I am carbing and serving. I like my ales cold.
