So i found some sweet looking bourbon vanilla extract and came up with this recipe out of the blue. What do people think....does it make sense for a blonde ale?

Malt
4 Pounds light DME
1 Pound Vienna
1 Pound 2-row Caramel 10
.5 pounds Carapils

Hops
.5 oz Perle (60 min)
.5 oz Williamette (30 min)
.5 oz Williamette (10 min)

Yeast - WLP008 (East Coast)

2-3 oz Real bourbon vanilla extract

Really nothing? Come on I big time made this up and need some feedback before I go ahead and order the ingredients. If someone who knows recipe making better than I thinks it'll taste like poop I'd like to know :D

I think it looks pretty good. My Blonde Ale grain preference is:

CaraVienne instead of Viena and I usually add .5 of Honey Malt Grains also. You might want to use a Extra Light Extract also. Just my preference and to each his own.

Cool, glad to know I'm on the right track....anyone else?
