My Birthday is coming up next weekend.

I want to brew a beer on my birthday and drink it next year.
i was thinking a sour, RIS, Barely wine....., something crazy i can look forward to all year!

any special recommendations? I have equipment to brew pretty much any recipe, so don't be shy with the crazy ones.
 
 
Old ale

16lbs Marris otter
1lbs flaked oats
12oz crystal 75
6oz special B
2oz chocolate malt
8oz dark candi syrup @15min

2oz northern brewer @60
1.5oz Kent Golding @40
.5oz Kent Golding @2

Yeast wlp002
Ferment for 3 weeks in primary then rack to secondary and age for 1 year with medium toast oak cubes that were soaked in makers mark bourbon for 2 months prior.
