I need a new kettle. And I have found a place near me that sells 40 to 80 quart kettles that are reasonably affordable. So it got me thinking, why is stainless so preferred? I see some have either Aluminum or Stainless kettles, so i want to make the best choice possible. But i also need other equipment and funds can be tight. Does stainless make a better beer?
