All 575SS are creamer, the non-creamer version is 525SS. I had one, and i personally wasn't impressed. All it does is force the beer through a bunch of tiny holes that make it foam up (i.e. "cream"). A little gimmicky if you ask me. I'd just stick with the 525SS, or even better, the 425SS.
