Greetings from Sanford, Florida! My name is Gary Holmes aka the Fermented Scientist. I've been reading for a while and decided to finally post something. I'm not as mechanically inclined as a lot of people here, I just like to brew beer. I am trying though...you guys have already been a huge help in our brewing and techniques. Our Loose Association of Brewers do all grain 5-10 gallon batches of mostly traditional styles. We recently had a local restaurant ask us to brew four beers for a high end Pub food pairing. That was exciting! Brewing is our passion, along with drinking! We did open a homebrew shop but I don't really wanna plug that until my post count gets higher. Thanks everyone!
