Just popped the top on my first bottle of my first brew. I am very happy!! It has a great red color, nice head retention, and good aroma. It's not the best beer I've ever had (will let the rest age longer), but it sure is nice to taste the fruits of my labor. Thanks to all on here to keep reminding me to RDWHAHB. You were definitely right!!

It's only been in for 6 days. I'll let it be for about another week and sample it again. Already brewed up my second batch, American Cream Ale...should be tasty.
