It is time to get serious about my brewing now. Today I signed the paperwork on my brewhouse. It is on the lot next to mine, and to keep any more undesirables from coming into the area, I made an offer and now it's mine.

I am trying on the name "Little House Ale Works", it might stick and it might not. It has two rooms for storage besides the kitchen. It will be nice not having to drag every thing out just to make some beer, and put it all away out of sight again.

So are you going to brew in the shade under the carport and use that window air conditioning unit to make Monsterator's big brother out of the house part?

Very cool.

You should plant some hops.

You may also want to consider doing a really fancy bedroom and rent it out as a porn set. Of course you could always use an extra room for a meth lab.

It doesn't have to just be about beer. The possibilities are endless.

Holy Jesus that is awesome. Not only have you expanded your yard and are keeping out possible riff-raff but that building looks perfect size for an amazing brew space, huge cold room with taps going through that walls into the above ground man cave to end all man caves.

I admire your dedication sir. You just made me less proud of my man cave. You have a man house! Well played.

Wow. You suck.

And, Thank you sir. I was just thinking, how am I going to explain a temperature controller and more kegs expense to my wife? By showing her this post, that's how.

Awesome dude. If you do end up using the house as a brew room, we'll all be infinitely jealous.

That's off the hook. I'm fighting for a man cave corner of the basement and you bought a whole HOUSE!

You need a big grain silo next to it, too.

I'm at work and can't see the pic. Can't wait to get home to see this one. Sounds like you have a winner!

So.... what are we talking? Maybe like a 7 Barrel setup :) Setup a few conicals in one bedroom.

Seriously, this is awesome and if your neighbors get too loud, tell yourself to shut up.

well, you already know one of those rooms is going to be a walk-in cooler. a couple chest freezers for ferm and you'll be living the high life. so jealous you bastid.

Wow. This is absolutely amazing.
There are so many possibilities with that house its not even funny.

You MUST post pics of your progress converting this house!!!! We all need to live vicariously through you.

The first thing that will happen is to tear out the kitchen counter with the sink, and install a janitor's sink to wash the pots. Now I have to come up with the sculpture to brew on. It came with a newer refrigerator than I have, so I get to upgrade and get a ferm chamber to that can hold two buckets boot. Other plans include an attic fan as an exhaust because it will be NG fired. I have been eyeballing the backyard since I moved here for a garden space, so I think a few hops will be in order. I will keep the progress updated.

That is awesome! I wish the California real estate market made things like this possible

Wow, you are set up...I can't wait to see pics of it when its all done...definately every homebrewers dream! What kind of brewing are you doing?

Wait for it..........Wait............and im spent. i dont smoke but need a cigarette now.

That is so awesome I almost pooped. Good work sir. Good work.

Q: I'm an extract brewer. What should I buy as my first piece of equipment when upgrading to AG?

A: A second house.

Wow, you followed it to a tee.
