Im working on a Pale Ale recipe that i am going to brew this weekend.

I am working off a recipe from brewing classic styles, but i was thinking that i would use Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hops instead of Horizon, Columbus, and Centennial.

Do you think using Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial will be too much citrus? Should I use

( my malts are about 11 pounds of two row, .75 pounds of munich, 0.5 pounds of crystal 40)

Thanks,

I've got one in primary right now with late additions of Amarillo and Centennial. I think it's going to be a great combo!
