I've been exiled to basement brewing (some nonsense about taking up too much space in my wife's kitchen), and I have just a small hot plate on which to boil. I brew relatively small batches, so I need a kettle that holds maybe 1.5 gallons (min. 1 gallon) and is narrow (perhaps 6-8 inch base diameter). Ideally, I'd like the vessel to have a pour spout.

I have not been able to find something suitable in various online searches or local stores. Does anyone use anything like this?

Thanks!
