What can I expect if I try a lager kit but don't ferment in the 50's or low 60's but instead the upper 60's range? I was debating a Harp clone but it's a lager and I have no way to ferment at lager temps right now.

It won't taste clean and crisp like a lager. It will have esters and an soft ale type flavor.

add some more hops, use an ale yeast and you now have a pale ale.
