Just saw that the Discovery Channel show Dirty Jobs is going to be in a craft brewery. It's on right now on the west coast.

That episode aired in Wisconsin a while back. I wasn't sure what to think. They did a nice job of making it a truly dirty job, but it left me wondering about their overall sanitation. I guess I shouldn't throw stones, cleaning out my little primary is a pain. I sure as heck wouldn't want to do it on that scale!!

IIRC he was at Red Hook, and yes, they have some dirty jobs.
