I'm far from a cider expert, but I don't think it's finished at 1.008 even with the dme.
I think she used beer yeast tho, not wine yeast

When you in cork it watch your eye and pour gentile!WesleyS said:Awesome! I've never had anything from HF before. I'm excited!

Some good stuff right there
Nice import score for me today. A Kostritzer Schwarzbier. Probably not very exciting for you guys in the USA, but here in Guate a real treat.
Wouldn't have deciphered that, I begining to think Fins has stock in Tallgrass
More HB.
That's disappointing news.
Someone gave me a sampler pack. I just checked--no pale in it.

trying to decide. Coffee Bender, Abrasive, Furious, Petrus Red, Meh Pils, my Porter I got hiding, the stout in the Boulevard Smokestack sampler... there's nothing to drink!!!
Haha no stock, I wish I did tho! Just have love for a good affordable local brewery. I just heard that they are releasing an 11% Imperial stout here soon
I think I need some, make me a convert.

Stepping out of my sickness and work induced haze to have my first beer in almost a week! My boss apparently wasn't joking when he said we'd spend every waking hour on this project till its done! I've been working 8 am till midnight since last Monday. On top of that, trying to get healthy too! Anyway, enough complaining. I know you monkeys don't care.
Here it is: Left Hand Milk Stout!
Stepping into the Abyss!
