As the weather gets colder I know my garage will probably stay in the 50s for a while, so I reckon the fermenting would go ok, but what happens to the bottles of lager when the weather warms up again? Will they go bad if kept in the 60s? No, I don't have a fridge.

As for lagering in the garage, why not, i am going to try it this winter, I am also monitering the temps in my attic, i may try to ferment up there. But for the bottles, no they should be fine at 60 deg, but I would try to pick up an extra fridge, just be couse everyone needs at least one "Beer Fridge"

Cheers
