UFO's in secondary

Three days after racking my DIPA to secondary I added three oz hops in muslin bags. Now three days later I am seeing a scattering of small white floating objects resembling grits on the surface of the beer. My sanitation procedures border on ridiculous. I boiled the muslin bags and all utensils for 30 minutes before bagging the hops in a boiled Pyrex cup. I washed my hands and then rinsed them thoroughly in Starsan solution then used alcohol prep pads on the lip of the carboy a couple of minutes before pushing the bags through the neck of the jug. So, is this an infection or just some harmless UFO's?

They're yeast rafts. The surface of a beer, especially if you've racked it over is rarely perfectly clear.
