I am currently brewing my 2nd batch with my new brewing eqt. and am going to add 1oz of hops towards the end of the boil (last 5 min) and was wondering if i should add them to the hop bag with the other hops that will endour the entire boil of if it is better to just toss them in and leave them in the primary? Will this change the flavor either way?

Put 'em in the hops bag. The utilization you get happens when the wort is hot. If you want more hops flavor/aroma, increase your late addition hops and/or dry hop when you rack to the bright tank/secondary.

Thanks for the quick reply! Ill put them in the bag. I dont want it to be too powerfull (this is a wheat brew) but i like some additional hop flavor so hopefully this will do the trick.
