Dreaming of a microbrewery

I was once a fanatical homebrewer who had to stop because my career and family life left me little time to brew. On top of this, I now work overseas a lot.

Now I'm able to start homebrewing again and I even dream of opening a small microbrewery.

I want to build a system that will enable me to brew in 30 gallon all grain or partial mash batches.

I'm interested in the BIAB phenomenon and want to know if it can be successfully adapted to 30 gallon batches.
