Let me preface this by saying I have never had this beer and have no idea what it tastes like. Does it have a noticeable honey taste? They may not even use honey in the beer but the residual sweetness creates a honey-like taste.

Chinook? Wow, that's tricky to convert to a 5 gal recipe. You'd probably use quite a small amount (I'd guess 1/4 ounce for 60 min maybe? no brewing software on work computer)

Here is my rough approximation of a beer that might be similar:
6.6# wheat LME
1/2# Munich 10 malt (steep)
1/2# flaked wheat (I'm not sure if this is steepable off the top of my head)
1/4# honey malt (steep, optional)
1/4 oz chinook for 60 min (or whatever will bring up you up to ~12-14 IBU)
1/2 oz Mt Hood for 15 min

WLP051 California V Ale yeast or something similar

Steep grains for 30 min between 150 and 160. Ferment at 67-68 degrees in primary (if possible). Leave in primary for 2 weeks and keg or bottle directly from primary. Drink as soon as it's carbonated.
