Can someone please explain to me what I should use for the hop section of the calculator where it says "Boil: X avg gallons for X minutes"

http://beercalculus.hopville.com/recipe

If I'm doing an 11 gallon boil, I.E. 13.5 gallons in the brew pot, boil off 2, left with 11 gallons (0.5 loss due to trub) to be put into carboys... what do I enter into these values? 1 hour boil.

Thanks much!

I've always assumed "average gallons" means just that. If I'm boiling 6 gallons down to 5 gallons, 5.5 gallons would be the average. It seems to put my IBUs roughly in line with the other software I've used. So in this case I'd put 12.5 gallons for 60 minutes.
