Malty Sweet with a nice floral hop.

1 lbs. American Caramel 40°L
.5 oz. Brewers Gold (Pellets, 9.7 %AA) boiled 60 min.
1 oz. Liberty (Pellets, 4 %AA) boiled 15 min.
0.5 oz. Amarillo (Pellets, 8.5 %AA) boiled 15 min.
1 ea. Whirlfloc Tablets boiled 5 min.
1 oz. Liberty (Pellets, 4 %AA) boiled 1 min.
.5 oz. Amarillo (Pellets, 8.5 %AA) boiled 1 min.
 
It was good... Nice light spring beer good floral hop flavor... It was my girlfriends favorite that I've made. Fermented at 65 for 10 days secondary for 7 days
