NYC Brewpubs

Hi All,

I am going to be in New York City in a few weeks and was wondering if anybody could reccomend a decent brewpub to visit.

New York City doesn't really have any brewpubs, that I know of.

Heartland Brewery does not count. It is a NYC "brewpub" chain that has BMC versions of Kelso. Kelso is brewery based in Brooklyn, which has some great beers IMHO. Kelso actually brews the beers for Heartland, but the Heartland beers are lacking (it's actually a great marketing strategy). Sorry if this confusing.

Let me know the area you are going to be and I can try to make some suggestions on which beer bars to visit.

I will be in Lower Manhatten mostly, with at least a day in Brooklyn.

Go to bars. Blind Tiger, Ginger Man etc.
