Hello All!
I really dig Blue Point Brewery's (Long Island NY) Toasted Lager, and I would love to brew something like it. I believe it is a Vienna Stlye Lager. It has 1.054 OG, 28 IBUs, 5.3% ABV according to their website. Anyone had this beer and know something like it? I am just starting out AG and don't have the knowledge to create a recipe just yet. Any help on this would be appreciate by my taste buds!

I believe that BYO had an article about vienna lagers not too long ago. they said that they were mostly made in mexico. If you want i can try to find a recipe or two from it if you dont have it.

dumb question, you have stuff to lager right?

That clone recipe is missing caravienne and wheat malt. Also, they don't specify vienna malt.
 
This recipe is. Not close at all. I have anotherr recipe that is. Very similar to. Toasted lager. I'll post later.
