I have a Hard Cider, or apple beer in a secondary and I am still getting little bubbles comming up to the top and creating some foam. I the FG was stable in the primary and I would like to bottle it, but I am concerned that when I put the sugar in for carbonation that the action that is going on right now will create to much carbonation and I will get a beer bomb or something like that. I would not want to mess up the wife's beer you know !!!!! so any help would be awsome. :rockin:

I've seen this with a lot of meads and wines and think it's just suspended CO2. Fermentation should be complete but, as BK said, use the hydrometer to be sure.
