Well I got a 20 quart pot with my beginners kit but as I always do with everything else I went overboard:

A 135 quart kettle from a Hobart stand mixer. Im pretty handy with a welder and drill so I am going to make legs for it and it just so happens the drain on it is a tri clamp style fitting. And I have an outside burner which is what the kettle is sitting on. 10 gallon batches wont be a problem and I wont have to worry about boilovers! EVER! lol maybe not ever but still it will be pretty cool...got the mixer bowl for 80 bucks so I just need some fittings and ill have a sweet setup.

nice... those hobart mixers are pretty nice too... were they selling that as well? u could plow thru some major grains with that thing. is there really such thing as overboard? my wife uses that word a lot... i just think she's nutz
