I just brewed my second batch of beer last night. I made a wheat beer and got it in my fermenting bucket around 9:30. I used white labs california 5 ale yeast and it isn't showing any signs of fermenting it is at about 65 degrees in my basement. Did I do something wrong my blonde ale started fermenting within 3 hrs and I used a dry yeast for that.

What temperature did you pitch the yeast at? Too hot is bad for the yeast.

I pitched at about 68 I took the yeast out of fridge about 3 hours before a pitched.

My airlock started bubbling around 10:30 this morning, not very often but its bubbling.
