Ingredients = Hoppy Rye, RIPA

I have made the SN Ruthless Rye 2 times with very slight hop substitutions. I need some ideas, I have frozen/frazzeled Chrismas brain. I have noted the 1 1/2 chocolate is too browning. Looking for a P/M recipe. I have these ingredients and am looking for IBU's around 60 with a soft bitterness.

2lb rye
1/2 lb rye flakes
1oz chocolate
3/4lb crystal 40
2 1/2lb 2row

2 oz citra
2 oz magnum
1 oz horizon
2 oz chinook
2 oz opal

1 pkg US-05
2 pkg mangrove jacks workhorse
9 lbs Muntons light DME

Malt bill as I see it would be:
5.5lb dme
1.5lb Rye
1/2 lb crystal
1oz chocolate
1/2 oz Magnum@60 OR 20 IBUs(tinseth)
1/3 oz Cirta and 1/5 oz Chinook @ 15,10,5
Looks bloody well great to me mate

The hop schedule looks promising. I was planning on some dry hops too.
